Jacques McNeil is a pastor, speaker, and the author of Life Happens: 30 Strategies to Triumphant Living. She’s also a featured contributor to the YouVersion Bible App. But beyond the titles, Jacques is a Faith Empowerment Life Coach with a heart to see this generation rise—rooted in truth, walking in purpose, and living their faith boldly and joyfully.
Alongside her husband, Bishop David McNeil, Jacques co-leads Transforming Lives Ministries (TLM) in Los Angeles, CA. Since opening their doors in October 2015, they’ve been on a faith-filled journey, committed to loving people well and equipping believers to become Agents of Transformation—right where they are.
